EdJigsaw is working in conjunction with the Mayor of San Jose's Office to produce an online database of educational resources that helps families find the best out of school programs for their children.
The tool will help students, families, educators, and community members learn more about available resources, and will serve as an opportunity for organizations to share information on programs and services they provide to youth.This is also part of San Jose's initiative to close the achievement gap in San Jose by 2020.
EdJigsaw was also part of the Teach for America & New Schools Venutre Fund EdTech Entrepreneur Labs of first half 2011. The startup concept won New School Venture Fund's Summit Pitch Competition.
